It's the 7th July 2026 and here I am again having a quick garden walk around our back and front garden up in the Belfast Castlereagh hills. Temperature is a mild 17-18C with a light breeze but little sun. It's great to see a wee bit of colour in the flowers. The poppies did well this summer but their flowers were blown off to quickly. All is well as it should be but there are as yet no butterflies. Where are they?
