During the early levels it's best to get as many challenges complete as possible, so that you can get to the fruit gems (and the x10 multiplier) faster. This is the fastest I've ever gotten the first fruit gem.

Fun fact: I survived four bombs this game lol. Got to Level 26, 2.2 million
