Night time freestyle sesh 🌙 I’ve only ever done pole performances as routines that have been planned and set to music. On Sat I have my first freestyle pole performance to live music! I’m nervous but excited to push my training to be able to freestyle 😺 It’s definitely a completely different mindset. It’s nice not to have to worry about missing a music cue or forgetting a routine, but also needing to make sure that I don’t overthink my movement too much so my head doesn’t get in the way of letting my body do the work 🧐
