This 12 minute Beginner Bootcamp workout is led by Coach Edith and focuses on building strength, stability, and confidence through the lower body, glutes, legs, and core.
You will move through five foundational exercises for two steady rounds. The goal is not speed or intensity for its own sake. The goal is connection. Control. Learning how to stay present in your body while you work.
This workout includes:
Clamshells
Supine Bent Knee Windshield Wipers
Reverse Alternating Lunges
Foot Taps
Marching Glute Bridges
The reverse alternating lunges are meant to challenge you. This is where balance, strength, and focus come together. If needed, use a chair for support and move with intention. Progress starts by meeting yourself exactly where you are.
Foot taps reward patience. When you slow them down and control momentum, your core has to engage. This is how strength is built, not rushed.
This session is about more than muscles. It is about showing up, staying engaged, and finishing what you start. That discipline carries into the rest of your life. When your body gets stronger, your decisions often follow.
Be sure to complete the glutes burnout paired with today’s workout for a full lower body finish.
Thanks for being here. Keep going.
