On June 7th, Muppets Courtyard had its final day of operation. The entirety of Grand Park, consisting of MuppetVision3D and PizzeRizzo, permanently closed to make way for a new Monsters Inc. land, and I wanted to be there on the final day (and the day after) just to document it for myself. I was able to have lunch at PizzeRizzo a final time, experience MuppetVision3D a couple times, and make multiple laps around the land just to take it all in and try to notice and appreciate the small details of the courtyard. I brought a Kermit plush and an old camera to take some fun grainy video to look back on, and had an incredible night being around passionate people that love the Muppets. I also took another quick trip the next day just to see the land closed, and got some ice cream from another nostalgic location on my way out of the park. Thanks for watching and I'll see you soon!
