More and more people are becoming aware of the importance of bees for our survival, and some people even want to keep bees themselves. Clem happens to be one of those people, but before getting his own hive, he's learned about the challenges and pests that bees face today.

The varroa mite is a tiny critter that is endangering beehives around the world, and one of the methods to decimate them has an electronics solution. Clem tries to make a smaller, more portable version of an Oxal-Acid evaporator, and faces challenges with his project. There's also a lot of bonus content, including links to demonstration videos of the commercial devices, extended code, and CAD segments on our element14 Community page.
