While at the National Hardware Show in Las Vegas, Eric Thomas prepared Beef Tri-Tip for the crowd. Well over 200 people got the chance to taste this awesome creation featuring Cowboy Charcoal, Western Pecan Wood, and Jack Daniel's Steak Seasoning.
