☐ 1 chopped/deseeded roma tomato
☐ 1/2 diced/deseeded jalapeno
☐ 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
☐ 1 tsp cumin
☐ 1 tsp oregano
☐ salt/pepper to taste
☐ 1 squeezed lime
MEAT
☐ 2 Lbs. ground beef
☐ 1/4 chopped yellow onion
☐ salt/pepper
☐ 1 pkg McCormick Original Taco Seasoning
☐ 1 cup water
TORTILLA CHIPS
☐ 25 or more tortillas cut in fourths
☐ oil
☐ salt/pepper
CHEESE SAUCE
☐ 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
☐ 6 Tbsp all purpose flour
☐ 3 cups milk
☐ salt/pepper to taste
☐ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
☐ 3 1/2 cups shredded mild cheddar/American cheese (must shred yourself) or it won't work the same.
