Happy CoCoVid! In order to virtually recreate the fun of coming up with costumes for conventions with friends @Caroline DAmbrosio Designs and I did a collab project! We sent each other photos of some of our favorite historical paintings and then we had a month to recreate the dresses in those paintings! @Caroline DAmbrosio Designs sent be the painting The Lady of Shalott by John William Waterhouse. In this video I show how I recreate the dress of the Lady of Shallot.
I sent her Woman with Parasol, Facing Right by Claude Monet. Be sure to go check out her channel to see the final result!: youtube.com/watch?v=gNJVqNFHlsk
