Becky Boyce, a 42-year-old nurse and cardiovascular service line director at MyMichigan Health, suffered a severe knee injury, tearing her ACL and meniscus during a softball game. She underwent surgical reconstruction performed by Orthopedic Surgeon Denise Stadelmaier, D.O., at the Riecker Surgery Center. Following surgery, Becky completed intensive physical therapy with Dave Bearss, which was crucial for her rehabilitation. Thanks to the compassionate, professional care from her own colleagues and her dedicated recovery efforts, Becky has fully returned to playing softball and pickleball, feeling even stronger than before her injury.
