Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts took a shot at the Omaha World Herald over its coverage of the ACLU dropping its lawsuit about Nebraska's overcrowded prisons.
"The Nebraska prisons are still 145% over capacity. The ACLU dropping its lawsuit doesn't change that. There are still a lot of problems that need to be addressed, and Governor Ricketts pettiness over a headline he wishes was worded differently does nothing to fix the prison problems."
