Preston Hagel left the Jehovah’s Witnesses experimented with drugs and became a male sexworker.
Now he found happiness as a artist and supporter of the artistic community in Christchurch NZ.
When we grew up in the watchtower religion we we were often told that those that leaved the JWs would end up with drugs and prostitution.
My real name is Jonas Skogstroll and I am currently on tour in New Zealand with DoomsdayComedy. Preston came to the show and it was fascinating meeting a successful ex Jehovah Witness that did EXACTLY what the cult leaders warned us about.
This video doesn’t encourage young JWs to leave the cult and experience with drugs and become sexworkers.
It encourages people te be smart, don’t do stupid things, try what works for you and forgive yourself and move on after a mistake.
