Hi beautiful souls, I have been feeling the need to slow down the pace a bit recently, back to a more simple life. Needing more self-care than ever and a big creative break too. I think sometimes, falling off track can be the biggest gift in that we get the message, loud and clear from our inner selves. So, I've spent this past week doing exactly that; quiet days at a slow living pace, healing and recharging my batteries. Our small van has helped with that a lot as it brings in the important element of freedom and feeling free and a return to van life in a very small way is bringing back some happy memories from our full-time days. Gratitude plays an important part too in shifting my mindset and moods. I forgot to mention in the video but I have been trying some CBD oil and other supplements and so far I am seeing some positive outcomes especially in the way it helps support a deeper sleep. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this little video, sorry it's a couple of days later than I usually post, but I know you won't mind really. Thank you for being here with me in this strange land of YouTube.
