So I put out a poll on here and on Instagram, to see whether to divide this long video into 2. It was a close call on Instagram but the long version still won. So, here are some timestamps to help you jump to the parts of interest. I suggest grabbing a cup of something yummy, perhaps listening while doing other things, or maybe, splitting the video into little parts for yourself if you're one of the people that prefer shorter videos.
