Calisthenics Warm-Up Routine Beast Mode Style with Juice from Team Beast Mode!
It was an extremely windy day in Brooklyn, please excuse the noise!

The routine is:

Count down Push-Up ladder with 5 seconds hold: From 10 down to 1

Push-Up ladder with 10 seconds hold: From 1 up to 10

Count-Up Push-Pull ladder: 1-10 Pull-Ups, 20 push-ups in between every round of pull-ups!

If this is too hard for you, simply use lower numbers, and keep working on it!

Calisthenics Warm-Up Trainingsplan mit Juice vom Team Beast Mode:

Count down Push-Up Leiter mit 5 Sekunden halten: 10 Push-Ups, 5 Sekunden halten, 9 Push-Ups, 5 Sekunden halten....runter bis 1.

Push-Up Leiter mit 10 Sekunden halten: 1 Push-Up, 10 Sekunden halten, 2 Push-Ups...bis 10.

Count-Up Push-Pull Leiter: 1-10 Pull-Ups, dabei immer wieder 20 Push-Ups dazwischen. Also: 1 Pull-Up, 20 Push-Ups, 2 Pull-Ups, 20 Push-Ups!


Wenn dieser Plan zu schwer für euch ist, dann versucht weniger Wiederholungen zu machen, aber gebt nicht auf!

Programma Calisthenics Warm-Up con Juice del Team Beast Mode:

Count down Push-Ups con posizione isometrica per 5 secondi: 10 Push-Up, tenuta di 5 secondi, 9 Push-Up, tenuta di 5 secondi...fino a 1.

Scala Push-Up con tenuta isometrica per 10 secondi: 1 Push-Up, tenuta di 10 secondi, 2 Push-Up...fino a 10.

Count-Up Push-Pull: Scala da 1-10 Pull-Up con 20 Push-Ups tra ogni serie di Pull-Up. Quindi: 1 Pull-Up, 20 Push-Up, 2 Pull-Up, 20 Push-Up...fino a 10 Pull-Ups e 20 Push-Ups.

Se questo programma è troppo avanzato, semplicemente usate numeri più bassi, ma non arrendetevi mai!
