I figured out a way to make pretty beaded tree ornaments from the scads of resin cabochons I've made.

Using a simple netting stitch, all odd count, two colors of 11/0 seed beads, 6 and 4mm embellishment beads (rounds, crystals, whatever) and a large round resin cab made with a paint palette as a mold. I also used 9lb Fireline and a size 12 beading needle.

You can easily transform these into a pendent when the holidays are over by just beading a small herringbone bale into the work.

I'd love to see the ornaments you enjoy making too!
