Bead embroidered collars are very popular and crazy gorgeous. I've never tried one until now. I used some large shells cut for mosaic applications and color complimenting glass pebbles that I found at Michaels, along with 11/0 silver lined seed beads. Loving the result so far. Foundation is Peltex by Pellon dyed with acrylic paint diluted in water. Great project!
