Barry Hilton presented a stunning amphibious assault in his Saint Domingue 1676 game from this year’s Partizan wargaming show. This was a 28mm company-level battle, played using Barry’s own Beneath the Lily Banners ruleset, and it represented a raid by Dutch marines, sailors and privateer allies against a French sugar plantation on Saint Domingue.
