I would suggest that you don't use this company for bond cleaning as they obviously have no idea what a bond clean is or are just scammers.
I went through a description of the property with the representative on the phone showing him the property online(real estate listing) and explained which rooms the pictures are from.
He had a very good idea of what the property looked like and the size of it by my description on the phone.
I paid up front(I know... Dumb thing to do)
First up, they were late getting there. No issue.. As long as they get it done as I had already vacated the property.
Next they were not well organized. I think that BCIC contracts their work out. They also appear to be off shore (possibly in india)
Third (and a common problem if you read the reviews) is that they asked for extra money upon showing up. They said the place is heavily soiled and they need $150 extra (on top of the $500 + I had already paid them).
The extra dust left on the carpet behind the computer desk / filing cabinet seems too much for them. My vacuum cleaner with a power head would make quick work of this. Maybe they've got no vacuum or a $58 special at K-mart.
They left about an hour later (finished). It was a single person as well I think. Originally they quoted it to take 5 or so hours (so $500 / 5 = $100 / hour. Bit steep but acceptable if they do a good job.I knew there was at least 3 - 4 hours cleaning anyway (have cleaned my own place on vacate before and had no issues)
When I came back later on I was seriously disappointed . The garage hadn't been done (said they'd sweep it out on the phone amongst other things). I opened the door to find all the fans going full blast and all the lights on. I assume this was to help dry the carpet (in the bedrooms - rest is tiled).
I looked the next day and was quite annoyed that they had done barely anything. I even texted them some images but got no reply.
They hadn't cleaned doors / walls / power points / the cooktop properly or even cleaned the filters in the range hood. I know this as I ended up soaking them in hot water and the grease came straight out.
Instead they just whinged about how "heavily soiled" it is and took pictures.
It appears that all they have done is vacuum the floor (poorly as debris still left), wiped out some shelves in the kitchen and cleaned the toilet and basin in the bathroom. I see no evidence of any further work as I found so much dirt left over which came off with just a wipe of a damp cloth or paper.
Even with my hours of cleaning after them (re doing the work as they hadn't done it), the place still failed for the bits I hadn't done (i.e. walls, some of the power points). I ran out of time as I had come over to the property after work.
I ended up paying the real estate recommended cleaner $250 to finish the work.
If I had gone with the real estate recommended cleaner I would have saved myself $150 overall and 5 hours of my time.
Corrections: Cat bowl (not cat bowel) :D - Not going to recompile it to fix that
