This stage isn't that complicated so I just want to mention a couple things here. First is that Lackey actually helps you here when the boss wave starts since it will knock back Brass and give it perfect timing to walk up to Le'Behemoth for the Shield Pierce. Second is that if you haven't noticed yet, I have no fears about using Newton on stages with Death Surge. This is because every Death Surge typically lands in front of Newton rather than on top of him, meaning that it's rare for him to ever feel the effects from his lack of Surge immunity even on Aku-heavy stages.
