Oh boy I can tell this stage is going to be a doozy on Starred...
Mina makes her return at 200% on this stage, which plays out very similar to her original stage. Mina spawns almost immediately followed by a Doge Dark, Darkmadillo, and Mistress Celeboodle both to give you a large influx of starting cash and to make stalling her directly at the enemy base difficult. Not that this matters a whole lot though since her next support is a 200% Cosmic Cyclone. You want to lure Mina in closer so Cosmic Cyclone takes longer to reach her while Bahamut takes down the Darkmadillo and Celeboodle together, then rushes forward to deal with Mina. Whether you use Bolt or Slow Beam doesn't matter much, but you will need one of those to help stall Cosmic Cyclone for just a couple seconds longer so you can finish off Mina before it becomes a problem. From there, the Cyclone and supporting Darkmadillos and Owlbrowleys will go down to Newton and some extra support from Psychocat, Seafarer, and Bubble.
