Basement sauna build.
I built the wall panels using 1/2” birch plywood with 25 mm Baltic birch for the studs. For insulation, I went with 1.5” Rockwool Comfortboard.
Dominos for alignment during assembly, and once the walls were in place, everything was pulled together with 5” Lag bolts.
Went together pretty smooth with help from my sons
