Here’s a fun one from way back, an old exhibition match between me and my friend Jooris Boon. This wasn’t a real fight; it was a demonstration we did at a martial arts event to showcase technique, timing, and, yes, to make people laugh a little, too.

We added some humor, but the control and movement are all genuine. It was all about showing that martial arts can be tough and entertaining.
