This is the most cost effective way I have found to upgrade my shop lights.

This shop is roughly 15' x 35' with a 8' ceiling. Walls and ceiling are 7/16" OSB. Ceiling is painted with a White Barn and Fence paint. These lights fixed together are just shy of 32' strips and are hung 5' in from the edges.
