Thought Id show you this simple dual wielding bug before the EOC is released.
Note: Make sure you dont have a weapon in the inspect-grave interface when you press the Equip-All button. This will replace your 2-handed weapon with the weapon you dropped when you died.
Also, the shield-slot item has to be equipped when you die.
