Thought I'd show you this simple dual wielding bug before the EOC is released.

Note: Make sure you don't have a weapon in the "inspect-grave" interface when you press the "Equip-All" button. This will replace your 2-handed weapon with the weapon you dropped when you died.

Also, the "shield-slot" item has to be equipped when you die.
