A French artist whose real name is Xavier Jamaux. He has been collaborating with several electronic artists in Paris and eventually signed with Yellow Productions, that's where he released his first album, Je T'Aime Je T'Aime, in 1999.

It comes from Versailles where he was part of the Orange group in the late 80's, in the company of Nicolas and Jean-Benoit of Air and Alex Gopher.His album is full of sensitivity, with the added bonus of a passage from Jay Jay Johanson on the single "Two fingers".Je t'aime Je t'aime trips along, hips swaying, trailing its fingers through flowers like some French starlet displaying an easy, laconic sexuality in cinematic slow motion.Combining deep layers of melody, some rough production and subtle hip-hop influences, this has more bite than Air, is less longwinded than Alex Gopher and deliberately slow-paced, contemplative and, above all, very individual.makes excellent Sunday listening.

Jay-Jay Johanson (born 1969) is a Swedish musician and singer-songwriter, best known for his easily recognizable melancholic vocals and his androgynous looks. His music has been generally considered to integrate the trip-hop genre until he deliberately switched his sound to a more electroclash-oriented direction with the 2003 release Antenna.
