Saru is the Japanese term for monkey, though this guy looks more like an orangutan. An orangutan sporting a pink visor, a barrel jet pack, unhealthy-looking green skin, and a rocket launcher mounted on each hand. The rockets home-in on you but you have to jump on them so that they can turn around and hit HIM instead. As the battle rages on, he'll fire more and more rockets which makes things much more hectic but a lot easier to score multiple hits.
The arena is also one of the very few to have bananas strewn about, though in this case you have to climb up the higher levels to get them, all the while dodging the rockets.
