Ah, the classic tune for the pudgy hammer-toting penguin that's been around since the very beginning. The second half of the tune actually didn't appear until Super Star, which is the version you hear here. It seems like Dedede has several themes going for him. Both Gourmet Race themes, Fountain of Dreams, and this. The only time this tune hasn't been used for the self-proclaimed king was in Nightmare in Dream Land where it was instead played in the Mini-Boss Tower in Rainbow Resort.
