A person claiming to be Ben Alexander founder and CEO of BalloonDistractions.com called me tonight and told me that he was going to sue me. I quickly grabbed my camera.

In Arizona I can record my phone calls and according to Federal Law I can as well. Irregardless you heard him give consent.
