Hello everyone! So it’s been long since I posted a ballet workout for arms and finally here’s an updated one! I’ve been doing this quick series of easy exercises every day during vacation and it kept my arms in shape for the beginning of the season. I see a lot of ballet arm workouts on the internet but most of them include weights while I’m more likely to do a weightless routine since ballet arms should be slim and airy!

So I hope you do this workout with me and enjoy it!
