Bakonjo–Basongola Land Row: Government Urged to Demarcate Disputed Land @ubctvuganda

Tensions over a long-running land dispute in Nyakatonzi Sub-county, Kasese District, have flared up again, with Bakonjo cultivators accusing Basongola pastoralists of encroaching on their land.

The latest confrontation occurred during a community dialogue attended by officials from the Ministry of Lands and other stakeholders.
