These ooey gooey mozzarella sticks are BAKED! and delicious! I deleted the last part of the video, which I had shown how string cheesy good these were!
Cut 12 mozzarella cheese sticks in half
1 c. flour - toss
2 beaten eggs - dip
1/4 c. Parmesean cheese
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 c. Panko bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Toss. Back into eggs. Back into crumbs.
Freeze 1 hour.
Brush with melted butter.
Bake 400°F for 12-15 minutes. Serve with spaghetti sauce
