A holiday destination for the rich, The Bahamas is facing an existential crisis, says its Prime Minister Philip Davis. Rising sea levels and increasingly volatile storms worsened by climate change are taking a toll on its people's livelihoods and the country's finances. Classified as a high-income country, it is does not qualify for much of the financing Prime Minister Philip Davis says it needs to deal with the impacts and the money he says it should be entitled to as a state responsible for less than 0.01% of global greenhouse emissions.
