This video shows backup OI setups for Fire WW in case you got fish trolled or lost initial position or the case you don't like ancient strat like shield scoot, turn around, shield scoot, turn around
But I don't know if you can catch the fish 100% consistent with this because testing all case of fish troll is so hard, just I say it's consistent in my testing, let me know if you failed

it worked fine for death ww but didn't work for 1080 since the angle wasn't same as initial setup one, so I made better setup which you can get back to initial position as I can as possible
Actually, all setup don't give you exactly same position as initial position but the angle is exactly same and enough same position for making ww works with same inputs as initial position one
So I showed only the case for death ww to forest temple in this video, but you can use all setup for all type of fire ww including 1080

When I watched his video, I noticed you don't need different adjustment if you did diagonal slash once instead of horizontal slash twice, this is the most simple way to get back initial position but requires sword and shield
Setup 2 requires jumpslash but it shouldn't be matter since you have hammer here
Also the fish looks a bit back of Link when he catches it, actually often you can't catch it with this setup when fish is too close to blue warp side, but the fish troll shouldn't happen in that case, so I can say you can catch fish consistently when you got fish trolled (it was consistent in my testing at least)
Setup 3 is using ledge grab, actually the ledge of the stage is really annoying to get consistent position because this ledge gives you slightly different position even if you grab the ledge with same way, but this setup should work unless you lost initial line/angle
Setup 4 is using ledge grab too, but you need to grab correct position where I showed in this video, it's not only for grabbing ledge with rolling, it wouldn't work if your ledge grab position is too far from corner even you can't grab ledge with rolling
Also I used "fixing camera" for the angle, it might be annoying for some people since it requires ESS up, but it gives you exactly same angle as initial position one, so it's good for especially 1080
