It's already known old trick and it was used in some runs already, but it seems that there isn't video of this trick except runs video and only few people know this, so I made this video
This ledge clip is easy if you can use a explosive: youtu.be/eHo3dedG5Sc
But now, there is ground clip method and you would use it instead of ledge clip if you can use explosives, so ledge clip isn't worth to do unless explosiveless
Actually you can do this ledge clip without explosives like I showed, but you need to drop on the specific frame, otherwise Link can't fall down and would come back to on the ledge
Dropping frame is basically frame perfect (2 frames after Link's head became the lowest), but actually 1 frame before it works as well with good angle/position, it's kinda precise and easy to mess up
Also a point to notice is that you should release z immediately after did ledge clip, otherwise camera became weird angle and you can't get good seeing for visual cue
