A USB power delivery cable that always outputs 12V via a DC plug at the other end is surprisingly useful if you're powering equipment from a battery. Does it work though?

In today's video, I'm looking at a wire. Well, I guess it's a little more than that as there must be something in there to tell the PD port to output 12V rather than one of its other voltages. Either way, I see this as something that can be incredibly useful to anyone looking to easily power something like their internet router from something as small as a USB power bank.
