The main Realtek chip in the Maono mic has changed since I produced my review video in 2019 from the ALC-4042 to the ALC-4050. Many users have complained that it does not sound as good as the quality of the original AU-A04 that I tested in my video.

Apologies that I am unable to test this first and report on my findings. I do not have the correct version of the mic to apply this upgrade.
