Being a mama to 3 sick babies is hard.. There is little time for anything especially taking care of my own health and wellbeing.. With that being said this week I thought I'd attempt to prioritise myself and my own mental health by taking away some of the load when it comes to meal times by preparing some pre cooked meals to put in the freezer as a grab and go for those nights when its all just a bit too hard.
