Getting to the back is only part of the equation. If you can’t control the position, anticipate defensive reactions, and systematically break down your opponent’s defenses, the back isn’t nearly as valuable as it should be. In this video, I walk through a step-by-step back attack system focused on maintaining control, shutting down common escape attempts, and transitioning cleanly into high-percentage finishes as your opponent reacts.
