These two movements draw quite a few parallels with movements 2 and 3, respectively.
"Then come in to me" is, again, a recitative that serves as the introduction to the next big piece. This one introduces a change of atmosphere right from its first chord.

The sixth movement, "My Friend is mine!" (0:47) is another duet between the Soul and Jesus, but while their previous one had been a passionate and longing piece, this one's almost the complete opposite in character: a magical love duet that's almost akin to a couple being happily bound in marriage (in fact, one could argue the whole cantata lends itself somehow to wedding occasions).
