Step by step instructions on how to make these cute baby booties from a paper drinking cup. Add some lace, pearls and a bow or whatever you desire and fill them with some treats. Your guests will be so pleased that they get to take one home with them!

Supplies:
-12oz paper cups
-lace, pearls, rhinestone stickers or whatever you want to decorate your booties with
-small artificial flowers
- ribbon in your choice of colors
-sharp pointed scissors
-hot glue gun
-hot glue gun sticks
-cutting board and rotary cutter or scissors to cut tulle and ribbon
-Sharpie pen
-sewing @ knitting ruler or regular ruler
-medium size hole punch
-6" wide tulle in your color of choice
-candies or treats of your choice

Optional:
-I used a canning jar and clothes peg to keep the booties stable while tying the laces
