This Weber Grills recipe proves you don’t need all day to make great ribs. Susie Bulloch makes Party Ribs that are smoky, saucy, and packed with flavor. She cuts the baby back ribs into individual pieces so each one gets plenty of seasoning and crispy, charred edges. To finish, Susie adds a maple bourbon glaze and grills the ribs over direct heat until caramelized. Fire up your Weber grill, gather your friends, and let us know what flavor combination you would try! 👇
Baby Back Party Ribs
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Rest Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Servings: 6
Ingredients
2 racks baby back ribs
2 tablespoons Hey Grill Hey Beef Rub
1 cup Hey Grill Hey BBQ Sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill. Set up your grill for two-zone cooking and preheat to 350°F.
2. Prepare the ribs. Remove the membrane from the bone side of the ribs using a paper towel for grip. With a sharp knife, cut between each bone to separate the ribs into individual pieces.
3. Season the ribs. Season all sides of each rib with Beef Rub. Alternatively, use equal parts salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Grill the ribs. Place the ribs over indirect heat. Grill for 45–60 minutes, rotating them 3–4 times for even cooking. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 195–200°F.
5. Glaze and finish. Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce. You can use one sauce or several sauces for different flavor options. Continue grilling for about 5 minutes, or until the ribs reach an internal temperature of 205°F. For more char, finish the ribs over direct heat. For softer, smokier ribs, keep them over indirect heat.
6. Rest and serve. Transfer the ribs to a cutting board and let them rest for 5 minutes. Since they’re already individually sliced, they’re ready to serve and enjoy.
