This pcb controls the AY-3-8910 sound generator for retro/chiptune sound and music playback.
PCBWay Supports High Precision Advanced PCBs: pcbway.com
Using Arduino Nano and a convenient library, the sound generator's registers can be controlled to generate 3 channels of audio tones or noises.
Their amplitude (volume) can be set, either by setting a fixed volume or by turning on an envelope feature to make the volume fade in/out etc.
YM format chiptune files can also be played, either from program memory or an SD card.
