You can unlock these AWESOME glowing neon camos right now in Season 4

Both of these camos are unlocked by using the new Superi SMG so you need to unlock the weapon through the battle pass or by extracting with it in zombies,

you then need to use the weapon and rank it up to level 15 for the camo challenges are available to complete

For the Red & Blue ‘Lambent Streaks’ version, you need to get 10 kills while crouching or sliding in either MW3 multiplayer or Warzone
