I've been wanting to make a song about Helluva Boss for a while now, and doing an album about monsters seemed like as good an excuse as any. The biggest reason though is that it's currently one of my favorite shows of all time, and I simply can't get enough. One of my favorite dynamics in the dysfunctional world of the show is the afterlife marriage of Millie and Moxxie, which inspired this particular song. It ponders Moxxie's perspective as a clumsy and conflicted demon, appreciating his deadly partner in sin.
