AverMedia's latest PC free HDMI capture device is the EzRecorder 130.

It supports up to 1080p video recording at 30fps with a maximum bit rate of 20,000kbps

Compatible with Playstation 4 , Xbox One , Xbox 360 - Wii U and any HDMI compatible device that doesn't use HDCP.

Record directly to an NTFS formatted USB drive.

Pricing and availability are yet to be announced.
