Here is a simple way to clear the Overcharge Vanguard bounty from Destiny.

They are a great way to get some XP to level up your gear and subclasses.

You can also do this much faster in the mission "The Dark Beyond" on the Moon, when the door to the "Temple of Crota" opens, you can blast away at multiple thrall to get this bounty fast.

I did this guide in an early area so that more people would be able to access it.
