Caeda, the original Pegasus Knight, finally gets her turn in the series! Caeda's growth rates are terrifying for this series, having really good Skl, Spd, and Lck (mostly just the Spd and Lck). This makes it so that she initiates most of the time and has incredible Avoid and Dodge. Other than FE6 Karel, she has the highest avoid we've seen so far at 244 (252 if she's equipped with Wishblade!), and that's with a few slight nerfs to her Spd to make it a little more fair for the units in the series. But other than her good Avo and Ddg, she doesn't have much else going for her. She has no mastery skill since she's from FE1, her defenses are pitiful with neither of them getting close to the 40 mark, and her Str is one of the worst on a physical unit in this series so far, accompanying Vika (who has the Cards at her disposal), Heather (who has the Vantage/Disarm/Bane strategy), and Meg (who just has a literal one-shot mastery). Her skills don't really give her anything else either, even though there was stuff taken from FEH. All that she got from it was some stats, so she really is just a stat wall that dodge tanks until she can whittle down the enemy. The one thing other than her great Skl/Spd/Lck is that her Mag is workable, and because she has Tempest Blade access and doesn't have to worry about the hit rate issues thanks to the aforementioned Skl/Lck, it's a decent option for her when she can't deal much damage with the standard physical weaponry. She also brings over her personal Rapier-esque weapon, Wing Spear, which was increased slightly so she can use it over the regular effective weaponry that is in the series already. And while I am mentioning all of these downsides to Caeda, one thing remains true about her: she is ridiculously hard to hit. There will be a lot of below 40% hit rates against her, which is more than enough for her to keep up with the demons of the series so far.
