Just when I thought I'd covered every oak woodland in my local area, I was granted access to a private area of wonderful trees which grace a hillside above the babble of a beck. I adore exploring new locations and in this episode I take you along for my very first visit to a small woodland that's bursting with promise.

I need to invest a lot more time here but I certainly feel like I've already uncovered some great potential. Although one or two of the images shown in this video are pleasing as they are, I can see that this woodland is going to offer a lot more over the coming months and years. I can't wait!
